A NEW era in beachside dining is now under way in Fremantle with the launch this week of Bathers Beach House.
Stunning panoramic views, alfresco dining and WA’s first beach lounges, matched with a well-priced menu and the best local craft beer, have come together to create Perth’s only absolute beachfront restaurant, bar and function space.
Just steps away from the famed Bathers Beach in Fremantle’s Fishing Boat Harbour precinct, the new venue is located in the historic Fisherman’s Co-op Building which has undergone a major renovation and revamp.
Bathers Beach House has two general managers, drawing on their extensive experience in the hospitality industry.
Benoit de Francisco has worked in hospitality around the world from France to the US and comes from his most recent posting at The Trustee in Perth.
And with Bathers Beach House being family-owned, Anthony Unmack has also joined the fold as general manager after a long history of working in well-known Fishing Boat Harbour venues including Cicerello’s and Char Char Bull.
English-born Ross Tyre, now residing in Perth with his family, has been appointed head chef, following on from his work in a number of well-known European restaurants including two Michelin Star establishments.
