One Sunday a few weeks or so ago, we had delicious fish & chips from CK’s fish café (Shop 3A, 127 The Broadview, Landsdale) and although it’s not one of our locals, I thought I would share our experience with anyone that lives in the area.
We were dropping our 9 year old cousins home (the triplets) and a quick hot chocolate at burger boy’s aunt’s place turned into dinner and a few games on the wii. 3 hours later, we were rolling home very full, extremely satisfied and ready for bed!
The snappers and onion rings were nicely battered, it wasn’t at all oily. The chips were nice and crisp and there was plenty of it! $70 fed the 7 of us.
I am still forever searching for a local fish & chips near us that can master both the fish and the chips…
it may not be local but you should definitely check out my parent’s fish and chip shop sometime

Hmmm, looks like it can almost rival some of Sydney’s best
It is pretty yum - I also love Fish on the Terrace in North Beach.
Will have to ask you for foodie tips when we go to Sydney later this year
