Ribs & Burgers will be firing up their open flame grill at the first Western Australian location on 1 May 2015. The unique chargrilling techniques of Ribs & Burgers originate from the South African way of barbequing – braaing.
Ribs & Burgers Food Analyst Wayne Solomon said using an open flame chargrilling process ensures there is a signature char or burn on meat.
