In association with luxury tea brand ‘JING’, 1907 is proud to present: “ Sipping & Dining ”

The event will be held in the restaurant’s opulent dining room and will take guests through a journey of 4 specially created courses featuring dishes infused with tea prepared by 1907’s award winning kitchen team, lead by Head Chef Alan Desouza. To add to the experience, Restaurant Manager Harold Faizal has selected specific teas from the JING selection to match each course – a dining experience sure to detox the palate.
Head Chef Alan Desouza himself is a tea drinker, so the menu comes second nature to him!

At JING they cover thousands of miles every year sourcing the teas from more than 100 gardens to ensure that they are definitive examples of their type.

The event will be held on Wednesday 25th March 2015, at 6.30pm and tickets are priced at $85 per person and may be purchased by contacting the restaurant directly.
