SOUTH AMERICAN CULINARY ADVENTURE WITH A KITSCH TWIST
Kitsch Bar Asia’s dear Lucy is an adventurous soul and this August she’s off on a gastronomical tour of the continental home of this year’s Olympic Games; that’s right, Lucy is off to South America.
They say South America can be a lifetime addiction off the food alone; a theory Lucy will test on 1 August with a six stop tour of one of the most complex culinary cultures on the planet.
From the more refined, delicate flavour combinations favoured by fish-loving Peruvians, through to ballsy, red meat rich Argentina, Lucy will profile a broad selection of South American cuisine but reimagined in trademark Kitsch ‘street-food style’, according to owner Nick Bond.
