I pretty much use Continental French Onion Simmer Soup for everything except soup 
I love that it is an easy way to add flavour to whatever I’m cooking.
My two fav dishes to make with Continental French Onion Simmer Soup is a Cream Cheese dip and my trusty Potato Bake.
The French Onion Cream Cheese Dip is my latest craving since buying a thermomix, although you can easily make this in any blender. I just blend 250ml block of Philly cream cheese, half a pack of Continental French Onion Simmer Soup and a few dollops of sour cream. Tastes fab with crackers or even on toast.
For my potato bake I usually add half a packet of French Onion Simmer Soup to half a small whipped cream carton (approx 125ml) and shake it. I then slice about 3 potatoes, pour the French onion cream mix over it and pop in the oven at 180 degrees for 45 minutes or until cooked through and golden on top.
Back in the day before I discovered Continental French Onion Simmer Soup I used to top my potato bakes with cheese, which tasted just as good but probably not great for our waistlines
