I’ve walked passed Noodle Forum heaps of times (usually on the way to eat) and have been meaning to go try it for awhile now. So on Saturday mum and I decided to have lunch at Noodle Forum even though we were still a bit full from brunch at BossMan.
All the noodles were $11.90 each and the menu featured photos which made it easy to choose. I decided on the Beef Brisket Noodles which was a dry noodle with slow braised beef brisket, ginger, star anise and wilted choy sum…
My mum had the Laksa Supreme which was served with local WA Exmouth Wildcaught Prawns, shredded Mt Barker Chicken, Tofu and Beans Sprouts…
If you’ve been following my mum’s home cooking on facebook or instagram, you can probably guess she’s pretty fussy so I was absolutely relieved that mum enjoyed her laksa as if she didn’t I’d never hear the end of it!
I also ordered burger boy a beef brisket noodle to take home, I loved the packaging which was easy to carry to the car without spilling it or burning myself…
All up including two drinks it cost us $43 which I thought was good value. Plus, service was friendly and quick. We were in and out within 30 minutes. The space is pretty tight but there were hooks for our hand bags/shopping which was handy and the lines in seemed to move pretty quickly.
I love that the noodles at Noodle Forum are bamboo kneaded everyday…
Noodle Forum serves their noodles with local WA produce and is well worth a visit, you’ll find them off Murray Street in the Equus Arcade.

I have been there 7 times so far and I’m eating my way through the menu. The beef brisket has to bethe best
I need to get back there but yep the beef brisket is a def winner Paul
