The event will see 1907’s award winning team of chefs collaborate with Vasse Felix’s chief wine maker to create an exceptional menu of local West Australian produce teamed with a stunning selection of Vasse Felix wine.

Vasse Felix will be hosting this event and taking guests on a journey through the rich history of this iconic Margaret River winery, as well as facilitating an in depth discussion on the careful and precise process in which Vasse Felix wines are produced.
