A star-studded line up of top chefs are flying in to WA in June for the biggest Truffle Kerfuffle yet. Curtis Duffy, Guy Grossi, Shinichi Maeda and James Parry are all set to make to make the journey to rural South West WA for this year’s festival.

For the first time in four years the festival, held at the iconic Fonty’s Pool in the heart of Truffle country in Manjimup, will be expanded to an entire weekend of culinary adventures thanks to the resounding response in 2013.

The TK offers a range of activities, from master classes, a farmer’s kitchen, and a bustling farmers market, to extravagant five course Hunt and Harvest Gala Dinners, prepared by some of the country’s top chefs, expertly matched with local wines.

Enjoy rummaging through the oaks in search of the prized truffle, food discussion seminars and wine tastings, and master classes showcasing local produce masterfully created by well renowned chefs.
