On August 12 at 6.30pm Red Hot Spatula will be foraging into the exotic world of Thailand and Cambodia and imparting the skills, flavour and knowledge of the region in a boutique cooking class at Accento Home in Claremont. Fresh flavours will be paired with gorgeous wines from the Swan Valley Region.
