The Beaufort Street Festival is upon us for 2014 and the countdown has begun!

As a part of the food program, we will be producing our third community recipe book, “Recipes and Ramblings” which will feature recipes, stories and art from those on the street and its surrounds. Chefs, shop owners and residents will combine forces to fill the book with their favourite recipes.

All recipes will be put to the Beaufort Street Festival Food tasting team for selection with the intent to hopefully be included in the book!

This year the focus is on local produce, seasonal recipe and recipes that evoke lovely memories.

The Beaufort Street Festival is an initiative of The Beaufort Street Network, a community organisation for people who love one of Perth’s most distinctive urban places. The Network brings together local residents and businesses that want to develop a better place to live, work, run a business and have fun.
