IGA Taste Great Southern 2016 provides nearly fifty different food and wine events over eighteen days in one of the most diverse and engaging regions you could imagine! Great Southern is located along the pristine southern coastline and expands into the farming hinterland as far north as Kojonup and includes the major centres of Albany, Denmark and Mt Barker.
The event will be staged from 17 March to 3 April straddling the Easter weekend. From intimate dinners and lunches to the major Albany Night Seafood Markets, visitors to the region will be able to taste their way through some of the best wine and food Western Australia has to offer!
The line-up provides a mix of passion and creativity with some unique events planned over the eighteen days. Heading up the nationals includes Colin Fassnidge and Tobie Puttock.
The food and wine on offer is supported by the beautiful natural tourism attractions in Great Southern region, it really is a unique part of Western Australia.
