Come along to Mary Street Bakery on Thu 19 September for a mixer of food, wine and friends of Beaufort Street.
Mary Street Bakery is already making waves on the Highgate eating scene. Head chef Courtney Gibb has created a menu fit for the tastebuds of lovers of Beaufort Street.
The large communal table will play host to a spread of cured meats, cheeses, homemade condiments and Mary Street Bakery breads including:
- Fried squid, bun
- Olive bread fritters
- Sardine escabache
- Pumpkin fatayer
- Anise sticks, yoghurt
- Buttermilk, sriracha, chicken,
- Plus a selection of sweet treats and baked goods
All washed down with Cake Wines Shiraz, Cake Wines Pinot Grigio, Gypsy Cider and fizzies.
When: Thursday 19 September from 6:30 - 9pm
Cost: $60 plus booking fee
