Recipes & Ramblings cookbook was launched in 2012. “A Food Journey From Beaufort Street And Beyond” is a culmination of community spirit and shared love of all things culinary. Recipes for these gorgeous cookbooks were submitted by local residents, chefs, businesses, prominent figures and people who have a genuine love for Beaufort Street.

Beaufort Street Network’s community cookbooks Volume I and II serve as a memoir of the community’s love for dining and cooking captured in stunning photography and accompanied by delightful rambles. These cookbooks are the hard work of local Perth foodies who had donated their time, skills and keen taste buds!

I was very excited to have my mum’s original Mango Pudding Recipe and my ramblings published in Beaufort Street Network’s Recipes & Ramblings Volume II…

Beaufort Street Network’s Festival Cookbook Recipes and Ramblings Volume I and Volume II can be purchased online or at Behind the Monkey in Mt Lawley if you live in Perth. It’s $15 for Volume 1, $20 for Volume II and you can get both cookbooks for $25 for a limited time.
