burger boy and I are excited to be feeding world class comedians during the upcoming Perth International Comedy Festival with our crust pizza and had the opportunity to preview the Perth International Comedy Festival at the Gala Launch Party March 22. I can’t wait to see Joel Creasy, Sami Shah, Lawrence Leung and Mike G on stage again next month. As for my perfect crust pizza degustation – it might have to be more than four-courses! Since our new menu launch I’ve been a bit obsessed with the Oregano Verdi & Parmesan starters ($7.50), Prosciutto Blanco Pasta ($11.50), Italian Sausage pizza (large $21, medium $17), Black Forest Crumble dessert pizza and the Salted Caramel Ice-cream ($5).
Competition closes midnight Sunday 21 April 2024 and is open to all foodie cravings Perth readers. One winner will be drawn randomly and notified by email and announced on foodie cravings facebook page, twitter and blog on Monday 22/4/13. Well I just LOVE Felicity Ward so I’d like to see her on May 9th show at Jack High… and then there’s the food!
To start with I’ll have the Oregano Verdi Pizza Squares with a parmesan and rocket salad before my pizza cos i like things just a little out of order. Pizza has to be Cappriciosa WITH artichokes because it’s the best, and for dessert – a trio of ice cream; Salt caramel, Seath by Chocolate and Vanilla Bean - but if I can only have one make it the Peanut Butter Disaster- what a spectacular name.
make that ‘Death’ by chocolate, or stealth - either would work ;D

Hi ya Foodie! I would LOVE to see Greg Fleet on the Wednesday night. For my gluten free four course pizza degustation I would definitely start off with the new scrumptious looking oregano verdi base topped with shaved parmesan (with a gluten free base), for my main course I am keen to try the new Middle Eastern falafel pizza with cherry tomatoes, grilled eggplant & feta on a gluten free base, garnished with mint yoghurt, fresh herbs & lemon. To accompany this I choose the pear and gorgonzola salad as this would match well with these Moroccan flavours. Unfortunately I have to choose one dessert. Although the chocolate mouse is a sure fire favourite for us gluten free-ers, I simply HAVE to try the new salted caramel gelato!

Oh WOW! It all looks so delicious! Goodbye box with the dots! I’ve joined up as VIPP. I would love to see The Comedy Allsorts on Thursday 16th May (love to support the locals!) As for the chow down I would choose the Lamb Ribs for starter followed by a nice clean Pear and Gorgonzola salad. Hmmm I can’t decide so let’s have a half Smoked Salmon and half Wild Mushroom with Wagyu pizza and then finish with some yummy Salted Caramel Icecream..hey this is making me hungry! Roll on payday! Pizza and laughs, does life get any better than that? Possibly, but not for me. I would love to see Brendon Burns on the Thursday, so I can say I’ve heard of him from that point onwards.
Now on to the food! To start with I’ll have the Herb and Garlic Squares with a parmesan and rocket salad, then the pizza would have to be a BBQ chicken calzone, oh yes, and for dessert, cookies and cream….sorry I went off into a gluttonous day dream there.
