I was so excited when I stumbled upon Yummi Mummi one day last year - a day I was so hungry, I almost ended up with a strawberry milkshake and chips & gravy!

Tucked away in the Central Arcade in the city, Yummi Mummi has a range of delicious wraps and rolls (and cupcakes which look divine – will have to try them out next time). My favourite menu item is the toasted chicken & corn wrap (roasted chicken breast, corn, cheddar cheese, spring onions & black pepper mayo) then the vegie wrap (spinach, pesto, cheddar cheese, tomato & sliced button mushrooms on a spinach tortilla wrap - and I don’t even like/usually eat mushrooms!). The wraps are cheap as - just $6.50.

Today I wanted to be different and tried their continental roll $8 (leg ham, casalingo salami, fetta, tomato, cheddar cheese & black olives) which was good but I still prefer the wraps – there’s just something about them that taste different to other rolls / wraps I’ve had around town. The wraps are soft but don’t fall apart and the cheese hold everything together really well.

Yummi mummi is a good place to pick up lunch on a busy work day in the Perth CBD – it’s fresh, tasty and cheap!
